While news of Friends Reunion ended up being false rumor, gossips about ‘Full House Revival’ were absolutely true. The famous 80s and 90s ABC Full House TV Show is officially set to be back on Netflix in 2016 as ‘Fuller House’, featuring original cast such as John Stamos (Jesse Katsopolis), Canadace Cameron (D.J. Tanner), Jodie Sweetin (Stephanie Tanner) and Andrea Barber (Kimmy Gibbler).
The members of Full House Netflix team are in talks with other original cast members such as Bob Saget (Danny Tanner) and Mary-Kate Olsen/Ashley Olson (Michelle Tanner) to reprise their roles too.
The news of Full House Revival was first leaked by none other than John Stamos (Jesse Katsopolis) in an interview on Jimmy Kimmel Live.
The Full House TV Show first aired in 1987 on ABC and went on till 1995. Most of us have very special childhood memories attached with the sitcom.
While 80s and 90s kids will be most thrilled with the news of Full House Revival, this show is without doubt a treat for all age groups! According to Nick at Nite, a channel that reruns the episodes of ‘Full House’ at prime time, almost 1.5 million viewers tune in to watch Full House Series, most of them teenagers who weren’t even born when Full House used to air!
No wonder 19 year old Texan ‘Bella Ashlynn’ had this to say about Full House coming back:
