Tour of Flanders 2023 Track Detail and Info for Men’s

The Flanders classic is finally returning to Bruges after six years. Covering the first 100 kilometers can be as easy as ABC. The struggle will begin when the peloton covers 109km and reaches close to Oudenaarde, as they will encounter the first cobbled area, Huisepontweg.

After covering the first three climbs until Oude Kwaremont, the group will reach the race’s halfway point. From this point onwards, the terrain will get rough, and the peloton will soon hit hellingen, which doesn’t take long to cover. The Holleweg, Molenberg, and Valkenberg are all good climbs in this area.

Before the finish, 19 cobbled hellingen (climbs), including the renowned Wolvenberg, Koppenberg, Taaienberg, and Kruisberg, will make the race challenging to finish.

With around 55 kilometres remaining, the cyclists will cross the famous double climb of the Oude Kwaremont and the Paterberg. The two climbs will give riders a perfect and mesmerising hill climbing experience.

The event’s climax will begin 17km before the finish line, as cyclists will try to pull strategies to overtake each other.

The flat run-in to Oudenaarde will have some of the most exciting racing moments. Expect a furious rush to the finish line and watch which team wins the match.
